Mrs. Carmen ZĂBRĂUȚANU is a graduate of the Law School of Bucharest University in 2001. She joined Serban & Asociatii team in 2020.
Carmen has a strong experience as a pleading lawyer, assisting and representing Romanian and foreign clients before the Romanian courts of all levels and specializations. Over the last 19 years, Carmen has been involved in corporate law projects, in important legal due diligence investigations and transactions in Romania, gaining particular expertise in detailed investigations of domestic companies and drafting due diligence reports.
Her professional expertise also includes dispute resolution practice, regulatory and compliance advisory services.
Mrs. Carmen ZĂBRĂUȚANU teaches and co-ordinates legal debates for lawyers in the Civil Law and Civil Procedure matters within the National Institute for Training and Development of Lawyers (INPPA). She is a member of Bucharest Bar since 2001 and speaks English.
