Mr. Alexandru Oprean has graduated the Law School of University of Bucharest joining Serban & Asociatii team in 2013.
He focuses his practice on criminal law, assisting and representing clients in areas such as white-collar crimes, energy, banking, civil construction, telecommunication, pharma, work safety and road safety.
Alexandru is involved in providing comprehensive advice on criminal legislation, aimed at preventing legal infringements and safeguarding clients’ rights.
He drafts and prepares specific trial documentation, legal opinions and further assists clients in pre-trial negotiations, in front of police, prosecutors’ offices and courts of law.
Mr. Alexandru Oprean upholds the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism. Fluent in English, he ensures seamless communication and representation for clients from various backgrounds.
