We are all aware of the complexity and cost increases triggered by antitrust compliance nowadays. In the recent past, we have assisted, among other, three multinational retail chains, having a total turnover on the Romanian market of more than € 1 billion, in a project of self-assessment on a horizontal cooperation agreement for joint procurement, two multinational companies operating in auxiliary services for oil & gas industry in three projects entailing merger clearance with a total value of more than €110 million, and provided daily business assistance and training in competition issues pertaining to various commercial contracts.
