Ms. Elena Adina Tataru is a Partner – Of Counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Serban & Asociatii. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2010. Subsequently, she graduated from the Master’s Degree in Labour Law, withinrun by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest (2023). She also graduated the course “Personal Data Protection Officer” organized by the Romanian Banking Institute and ANC certified.
Ms. Elena Adina Tataru is a lawyer with over 12 years of experience, specializing in civil cases, with professionals, labor law, administrative and tax litigation, consumer protection, enforcement, constitutional law. She has also provided legal assistance and representation of prestigious clients before the Arbitration Court of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as before the Constitutional Court of Romania.
Her expertise also covers the preparation of legal documents before the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as complaints to the European Court of Human Rights.
Ms. Elena Adina Tataru is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and is fluent in English and Spanish.
