Mr. Adrian Pichler is a Senior Partner of Serban & Asociatii and Head of Criminal Law Department.
Adrian graduated Law School in 1999 and joined Mr. George Șerban’s team of attorneys in 2000, improving his theoretical knowledge and gaining an extended practical experience especially in the field of criminal law and criminal law of affaires, having been also involved in projects specific to commercial, labor or intellectual and industrial property law.
Having practiced for 25 years, his professional expertise includes consultancy in specific criminal matters, preparation of strategies for individuals and legal entities that are involved in criminal schemes or against which such have been deployed, assistance and representation of clients in front of all public authorities, that are in charge of criminal investigation activities (police and prosecutors’ offices) as well as in front of the courts of law.
Adrian also provides consultancy and representation for several foreign legal entities operating in Romania, in industries such as banking, IT, FMCG, pharmaceutical, insurance, oil & gas industry, services etc.
Mr. Adrian Pichler is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and is fluent in English.
