Mr. Alexandru Serban has graduated the Law School of University of Bucharest and joined the team since 2011. His area of expertise mainly includes criminal law.
He represents both individuals and corporations operating in banking, finance-leasing, oil & gas, gambling, IT and civil construction.
Mr. Alexandru Serban ‘s area of expertise has covered a wide array of issues in the field of criminal law. He prepares and drafts legal opinions and memoranda on criminal-related issues and risk assessment thereof, he deals with cases concerning 24 hours detention and preventive arrest, as well as post-trial issues.
He also renders legal assistance and representation to clients before courts of law, police and prosecution units.
Mr. Alexandru Serban is member of Bucharest Bar Association and is fluent in English.
