Having graduated Law School in 1996, Ms. Andreea Suteu joined Serban & Asociatii shortly thereafter, focusing on civil, corporate and labour law consultancy.
She has successfully assisted major commercial developers in Romania with contracting and corporate work, as well as with various regulatory aspects of Romanian law.
Andreea has also developed a particular and valuable legal expertise in M&A, having participated in significant transactions involving real estate and commercial buildings in Romania throughout the years.
Moreover, Ms. Andreea Suteu is highly knowledgeable in corporate matters, having advised hundreds of foreign investors into establishing companies in Romania and maintaining compliance with the applicable legislation.
