Mr. Sebastian Cretu is a Partner of Serban & Asociatii. He graduated the Law School of the “A.I.Cuza” University in Iasi. He joined Serban & Asociatii in 2008.
Being specialized in the criminal law, Sebastian has been representing clients before court for criminal matters providing legal advice on the entire criminal legislation in order to prevent possible breach of law.
He has gained extensive experience in various industries such as banking, leasing, gas, heavy industry, civil and industrial construction, IT, media & advertising. Mr. Sebastian Cretu has represented corporations and individuals in criminal investigations.
Sebastian has conducted various internal investigations for leasing companies in projects concerning false claims for damages and has represented the injured party in trial thereof.
He is particularly experienced in managing criminal investigations being conducted, simultaneously within multiple territorial jurisdictions. Sebastian is typically dealing with embezzlements, frauds, as well as various cases of corruption crimes, organized crime and corporate crimes.
Mr. Sebastian Cretu is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and is fluent in English.
